There are very few records I'm embarrassed to own, but this is one of them. When I got it down to listen to, I thought to myself that it looked virtually unplayed, and having listened to it again I can see why.
Judge for yourself:
Not bad enough to be funny; certainly not funny at all. Just bad.
A2 is lazy enough to use the same terrible drum loop from A1, and shout a bit more loudly over it. Like a very poor copy of The Fall.
If there's a joke I'm not getting, I don't want to get it.
B1 is more of the same. The title is just discernible at the start, and later, the rest isn't. Mercifully short.
B2 is a series of record samples, with juvenile Dictaphone (or similar) recordings interspersed. As if swearing were inherently funny, rather than funny when well-deployed. Tedious.
I am astonished to see they are still going, and touring the US as I write. Lucky them. Or rather, lucky us.
